Hearst-Argyle Television Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hearst-Argyle Television, Inc. (NYSE:HTV) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its Series A and Series B Common Stock. The dividend is payable on January 15, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 5, 2009.
