CBS Corporation to Hold Investor Conference to Discuss CBS Interactive Business

NEW YORK, Sept. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CBS Corporation (NYSE:CBS and)(NYSE:CBS.A) announced that it will host an investor conference to discuss the Company's Interactive business on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2008. The event will feature Leslie Moonves, President and Chief Executive Officer, CBS Corporation; Quincy Smith, Chief Executive Officer, CBS Interactive; and Neil Ashe, President, CBS Interactive.
CBS Corporation will begin reporting its Interactive business as a separate segment for the first time in the third quarter. At the presentation, management will discuss CBS's overall interactive strategy, the progress of the CNET Networks integration, and how the expanded Interactive business fits into the Company as a whole.
The formal presentation will begin at 4:30 PM, ET, followed by a question-and-answer period.
