OC Music Fest Receives Investment Commitment for $5M and Appoints New Officer

IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- OC MUSICFEST, Orange County's regional music festival, today announces the commitment, arranged by Foland Financial Corp, from a nationally renowned media and public relations firm for an investment in kind of 5 Million US Dollars over the next 48 months. OC Music Fest also celebrates the promotion of Ryan Foland to Director of New Business for the music festival this coming year. Ryan's responsibilities will be to oversee the development of new revenue streams while managing new components to OC Music Fest's expanding festival and event management businesses.

The new media partner is getting roughly 2% equity of OCMUSICFEST in exchange for their investment in kind.

Ryan recently received his MBA in business after achieving his BA in economics and finance, graduating with honors from the University California Santa Barbara.

Wayne innovated convergent technologies, digital rights management, and the distribution of online music in the late 1990's and early 2000's.
