Since the launch of Midwest Teen Sex Show, the Show and its three producers, Nikol Hasler, Britney Barber and Guy Clark, have been consistently featured on Network broadcasts such as CNN, ABC's Nightline, CBS's The Early Show, the CBS Evening New with Katie Couric and Fox's The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet. The Wall Street Journal, the AP and many other media outlets, including many popular online Blogs, such as NewTeeVee, have also weighed-in on the Show.
Despite the Show's title and logline, "A video show about teen sexuality," the Show does not offer any nudity or sex of any kind. In fact, the Show, which is frequently characterized as funny and entertaining, is largely informational in nature, and is now viewed by an average of 300,000 viewers per episode. "Of these viewers, nearly 60% aren't teens at all; says producer Hasler, many, in fact, are eager parents who point their teen children to the Show to learn the realities of sex in today's world -- it's simply not that easy for many parents to talk with their kids about hard hitting topics like oral sex and body parts. And with porn so easily discoverable on the internet, our goal is to educate while teaching safe sex in a fun and highly-entertaining way. We come right at you with the reality of it all."
Given the topics discussed on Midwest Teen Sex Show, paid advertising sponsorships can be a real challenge. "It takes a forward thinking company to recognize that shows like MTSS bring legions of loyal viewers back for every episode. MTSS's loyal fans not only watch every episode in its entirety, they tell all their friends to watch as well. It doesn't get more viral than this," said David S. Samuels, CEO of KoldCast TV, "we're thrilled to be partnering with Nikol, Britney and Guy on these episodes."

Q and A About Midwest Teen Sex Show from its producers
Why a show on teen sexuality?
Teens and sex. It happens. Not every teen is having sex and not every teen is abstaining. The Midwest Teen Sex Show is a friendly place for frank discussion of all things related to teen sexuality. Broadcast media shies away from any real exploration of the topic, and they forget that not all teens live in Orange County.
Is this sex education?
Sort of -- we like to call it sex information. We'll leave the formal education to classrooms and textbooks. Midwest Teen Sex Show is here to provide sex information in a clear and entertaining way. We don't pretend to be experts, but hopefully a few of our own embarrassing experiences and insights will keep you out of trouble.
Where's the porn? I'm looking for porn!
Sorry, you won't find any porn in MTSS. And, if you're under 18, you shouldn't be looking for porn. Use the internet for schoolwork and good! Find a cure for cancer first, there will always be time for porn when you're in college.
