Verizon to provide Setanta's Elite Line-Up of International Sports Programming

Soon FiOS TV subscribers will be able to sign up for 24-hour "armchair access" to more than 1,000 live events, including UK, European and International soccer, as well as world-class rugby and other sports programming.
Setanta will join FiOS TV's extensive lineup, which offers more than 400 all-digital channels, including approximately 30 high-definition channels in most markets, and access to more than 10,000 on-demand titles, 70 percent of which are free. FiOS TV is currently available to over 6.5 million homes in 13 states: California, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Oregon, Texas and Virginia. Verizon's FiOS TV service is delivered over the nation's most advanced fiber-optic network straight to customers' homes and businesses.
