LAS VEGAS-BASED COMPANY AND FOUNDATION IS GEARING UP FOR THE SEPT. 16 RELEASE OF NASSIRI'S LOVE SEES NO COLOR ALBUM, SHORT FILM AND PEACE CAMPAIGN LAUNCH

LAS VEGAS, June 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Mr. Fred Nassiri, Founder and Chairman of Nassiri Entertainment has announced that the company will broaden its operations and diversify its roster of projects in 2008. The expansion is part of his vision for Nassiri Entertainment's future growth, which includes establishing an independent record label, film division and Internet portal that will spotlight Nassiri's own music and film releases as well as work with a variety of artists and projects across multiple genres. The unifying theme for all the company's endeavors will be uplifting, inspiring messages.

Parallel to expanding Nassiri Entertainment, Mr. Nassiri will shepherd the charitable Love Sees No Color Foundation through a period of growth as well. Plans for the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization include broadening the reach of current projects, adding new ones currently under review and laying the groundwork for an ongoing international peace campaign.

Currently, Nassiri Entertainment is gearing up for the September 16 launch of Love Sees No Color, an album and video project by Fred Nassiri, who records and performs as "Nassiri." The album, to be distributed nationally through KOCH and available directly through http://www.nassiri.com/, features 12 Nassiri-penned originals plus a bonus cut, an extended "World Mix" of the title track, an inspirational peace anthem. Surrounding the album launch, Nassiri Entertainment, in conjunction with the Foundation, will unveil a major peace campaign. Nassiri's team is also developing an unprecedented peace- themed Internet portal to support their mission and unite people around the planet who share hopes for world peace.

The Love Sees No Color project was initially conceived to celebrate the establishment of the Love Sees No Color Foundation, dedicated to spreading Nassiri's spirit of peace activism and humanitarian outreach. Current initiatives include the "Love Sees No Color" Ethnic Diversity Curriculum in use at elementary public schools and a program supporting Marwadi, a homeless village of over 600 people located near the city of Agra, India.

Accompanying the album release (and bundled with it in a deluxe Love Sees No Color CD/DVD World Peace Collection) is a 12-minute short film shot in '06/'07 in 18 countries, featuring children singing in 15 languages. The Nassiris collaborated with noted directors from every country they visited (Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Iran, Israel, Italy, Japan, Palestine, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, the U.K. and the U.S.) and filmed in front of iconic monuments including the Taj Mahal, the Church of the Nativity, the Great Wall of China, the Vatican, the Holocaust Memorial and the Brandenburg Gate. Nassiri Entertainment is also developing a feature-length documentary on the epic global shoot.
