'NFL PLAYERS Helmets Off: No Place Like Home' to Air Throughout November on FSN

WASHINGTON, Nov. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- NFL PLAYERS, the licensing and marketing subsidiary of the NFL Players Association, presents "NFL PLAYERS Helmets Off: No Place Like Home," the fourth of six monthly television specials created and produced by NFL PLAYERS and sponsored by Electronic Arts and Reebok.

From tiny towns to sprawling cities, this month's episode takes NFL fans on a stroll down memory lane with Chicago Bears defensive tackle Tommie Harris, Green Bay Packers safety Nick Collins, San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis, and New York Jets running back Leon Washington, who each return to their hometowns to visit the people and places that shaped them into the outstanding men they are today.

The first stop is Harris' hometown of Killeen, Texas, where the two-time Pro Bowler catches up with former coaches and trainers at his alma mater, C.E. Ellison High School. Cameras then take a trip to the "Sunshine State," where Collins checks out his personal trophy case at Dixie County High School in Cross City, Fla., before visiting with family and friends. Next up, head to the nation's capital with Davis as he tours his old stomping grounds and offers valuable advice to the next generation of football stars at Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C. And finally, join Washington as he gets back to his roots in Jacksonville, Fla., and relives his playing days at Andrew Jackson High School.
