RTN to Launch in Lafayette
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Retro Television Network (RTN), which is nationally owned and distributed by Equity Media Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:EMDA), announced today that it plans to launch an RTN affiliate in Lafayette, LA. The new affiliate will launch Nov. 1 on KDCG and will air in Lafayette on COX Communications cable channel 9.

RTN is a new television network that provides each affiliate a customized feed with classic hit shows, in addition to local programming including news, weather and sports. RTN is specifically designed to go on a broadcast digital channel and provides local broadcasters a way to get ratings and successfully monetize their digital spectrum.
