Petel Incorporated Announces Full Live Launch for SexQube.TV

Petel Incorporated today announces the full live of launch of free-to-air
adult broadband television channel SexQube.TV. Following extended and
exhaustive testing and load simulations, SexQube.TV is today fully live with
multiple revenue channels now in operation.

Differing from the normal online adult offerings, SexQube.TV offers a
free, full adult orientated television channel, complete with dynamic
advertising packages available to third party partners. The Company is
currently in talks with a major adult toy and accessories brand to discuss
sponsorship of several segments. In addition, SexQube.TV features a
comprehensive pay-per-view, Video-on-Demand library and instant tele-shopping
service. Purchases are made available either by browsing or using the "pink
button" instant purchase technology.

SexQube.TV utilise the Cube.TV satellite/broadband broadcast platform,
differentiating the channel significantly from run-of-the-mill online
streaming platforms. The platform allows SexQube.TV channel editors and
producers to schedule content as per a standard television channel, including
full management of advertising breaks and country specific geo-targeted
content. Delivery of interactive television content also allows the Company
to offer multiple instant purchase opportunities in each programming segment.

The SexQube.TV viewer experience is further enhanced by community
interaction, including dating facilities and member newsletters, video chat
and personal spaces. In addition SexQube.TV's premium interactive services
offer adult chat, webcams and picture/video subscriptions all of which are
premium billable activities delivering 24/7 global multi-stream revenue in
addition to the core Video-on-Demand product revenue.

SexQube.TV will be making more announcements in the near future regarding
new content and further content and commercial partnerships.
