Magid Media Futures will help deploy an intensive survey across 130 TV Station Web sites that utilize WorldNow's Web publishing platform
NEW YORK, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- WorldNow, the leading provider of Internet technology, content and revenue solutions for over 280 local media Web sites, announced today a partnership with Magid Media Futures to deploy two of the most comprehensive surveys for local TV Station Web sites to date. These surveys will provide extensive findings that address the nature of WorldNow's customers' Web site audience across local media sites. A key focus will be on the development of video usage in local markets. This partnership will enable WorldNow to gather local market research that will benefit individual customer stations in their efforts to grow both audience and revenue through digital media efforts.
WorldNow and Magid Media Futures(TM) will also survey local online news and information consumers currently using local sites other than those served by WorldNow to gain a better understanding of online consumer attitudes toward these Web sites in general.
Both surveys will address various topics offered exclusively to WorldNow customers; including:

sites visits, both WorldNow and non-WorldNow platform sites
-- What consumers are looking for in regards to content, functionality,
video, advertising and general news and information content
