It's a Cartoon Flashback From Time Warner Cable and Boomerang Network

Go Retro with Scooby-Doo, Yogi Bear and Hong Kong Phooey Beginning This Week

North Texans are seeing some familiar faces in town over the next two weeks. Time Warner Cable North Texas and Cartoon Network are bringing the Boomerang Family Flash Back to an area near you May 14th through May 28th.

The Boomerang Family Flash Back is a traveling event produced by the Boomerang Network featuring Scooby-Doo, Fred Flintstone, Yogi Bear and Hong Kong Phooey. The main exhibit includes interactive activities designed for the entire family:

-- World of Cartoons Family Photo -- While mingling with these classic
characters, have a photo taken with them on a Boomerang TV set stage
and it will be printed immediately. Each child will receive the printed
picture in a frame as well as an interactive disk. The disk contains
interactive games and more.
-- Sweepstakes -- Enter for a chance to win a large screen TV.
-- Gaming -- Visit the Time Warner Cable Road Runner kiosk to play an
exclusive Boomerang game!

The Boomerang Family Flash Back event will make its North Texas debut at the Main Street Days Festival in Grapevine on May 19 and 20. A second event is scheduled for May 26 & 27 at Artfest on Addison Circle Park.

For cartoon fans unable to attend the main events in Grapevine and Addison, the Family Flash Back mobile unit featuring two cartoon characters will visit various locations across North Texas. A full schedule of events follows:
