(eWorlde) has formed a strategic alliance with Hola America! and its hostess, Ms. Gloria Torres. Ms. Torres is a renowned model, actress, entertainer and business woman who has appeared in dozens of television shows, commercials and novellas (Mexican soap operas) throughout the U.S. and Mexico. Ms. Torres has most recently garnered a great deal of acclaim for her vibrant and dynamic interview style as presented on her online interview show, "Hola America!", where she has recorded scores of events and interviews with well-known celebrities, athletes and political figures including Eva Longoria, Sean Astin, Paul Rodriguez, Anna Nicole Smith, Leila Ali, Michael Cooper, Cruz Bustamante, Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez and many others.

The parties have agreed to a series of cross-promotions in which eWorld will carry promotional video clips of Ms. Torres and her online television show "Hola America!" on its Boomerang Media Station, and Ms. Torres and Hola America! will promote Boomerang through its website and create new and original content to be broadcast exclusively via the Boomerang Media Station. eWorld Entertainment and Hola America! will also produce two separate 30-minute webcasts, the first of which will be a 30-minute interview with eWorlde's CEO and President Henning Morales, which will be featured both through eWorld's Boomerang Media Station and on the http://www.holaamerica.tv/. The second show will include a 30-minute "special event" of red carpet coverage of the 2007 Alma awards, which will be jointly sponsored by Hola America! and eWorld Entertainment and broadcast exclusively through eWorld's Boomerang Media Station. eWorld will also provide advertising content for viewers of these shows, archive both shows for future viewing through the Boomerang and its websites, and promote these and other Hola America! webcasts through its worldwide Boomerang downloads. With the signing of this agreement, Hola America! has become an official eWorld Affiliate, which means it will be eligible to receive referral fees for its promotion of Boomerang downloads and the revenues produced through advertising activities and product purchases made by any of the Boomerang users it refers.
