Camelot Entertainment Group Enters Into Exclusive Negotiating Agreement to Master Develop Major Film Studio and Educational Complex
IRVINE, Calif., April 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Camelot Entertainment Group, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: CMEG) announced today that the South Orange County Community College District (SOCCCD) has entered into an exclusive negotiating agreement with Camelot to master develop a major film, television, and digital media studio and embedded educational complex on approximately 68 acres at the former Marine Corps Air Station in Tustin, California.
The proposed 1.6 million square foot facility at the district's Advanced Technology and Educational Park (ATEP) would be the first major studio complex to be located in Orange County. The site would house the Camelot studios along with other SOCCCD development partners in a unique, fully integrated educational center.
