Nicktropolis, a kid-targeted virtual world where kids create their own avatars and engage in social interaction, game play and video, has garnered approximately 2.4 million visits and more than 70 million page views, along with a total of 8.9 million game plays. Within Nicktropolis, the average time spent per week per visitor in February was 36 minutes and 12 seconds.

Nick.com reached 16.8 million unique visitors in February, a +22% jump from January and +28% over last February 2006. Prior to February, Nick.com's best month was August 2006 with 15.2 million unique visitors. TurboNick, Nickelodeon's broadband video platform, garnered more than 77 million streams, an increase of +511% versus February 2006 (source: Omniture SiteCatalyst and Akamai Technology). Nickelodeon's ME:TV, the new, live interactive daily day part which combines kid-generated content from TurboNick with Nickelodeon television, has generated 50,000 content streams in just three weeks. A total of almost 100,000 visitors, 109,000 visits and 161,000 page views have been garnered. AddictingGames has grown by 100% in 2006 and Shockwave by +45% over the last year, both sites generating an average of more than 200 million game plays a month.

In March, all the sites will feature new creative content. Nickelodeon will utilize all of its web destinations to super serve kids around the Nickelodeon's 20th Annual Kids' Choice Awards on March 31. Nicktropolis will offer a brand new virtual Kids' Choice Awards themed world where kids can stroll down the Orange Carpet, visit the after party, create their own Kids' Choice branded room and chat about the event in real time while watching the show together in viewing parties. TurboNick will serve as the fully interactive home base during the awards show, featuring a three hour live Kids' Choice streaming event including: coverage of the Orange Carpet, a back stage live show, and the Kids' Choice Awards after party, all hosted by ME:TV's Alex and Jordan. And for the first time, kids can vote on all Nickelodeon digital platforms including Nick.com, Nicktropolis, TurboNick and Nick Mobile, for those they think are deserving of a Kids' Choice award.

Also in March, Neopets launches Daily Dare, a month-long global gaming competition in which users can square off against the site's resident Games Master, AAA - or his crafty sister Abigail - with a chance to win valuable virtual prizes. In the spirit of the upcoming NCAA tournament, AddictingGames will add a March Madness Map game where players have to match the 64 NCAA team logos with their proper locations. And Shockwave will add a 3D mountain boarding game called Sewer Run 2, where players can blast and battle their way past opponents while riding the slalom runs with funky freestyle moves.

Nicktropolis, Nick.com, ME:TV, TurboNick, Neopets, Shockwave and AddictingGames are all part of Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group's interactive and creative online environments that serve preschoolers, kids, teens and parents. This community, which also includes Nickjr.com, Nick Arcade, Nick-at-nite.com, Quizilla, The-N.com, Noggin.com, Parentsconnect, GoCityKids, generated almost 22 million unique users in January according to ComScore Media Metrix.
