About Road Rules

"Road Rules" returns, and for the first time ever, the audience is in control of the game. With a real-time shoot schedule, viewers rule this new season as they call the shots to determine who ends up in the elimination round at the end of each episode and who replaces the loser.

The new season kicked off with six "Road Rules" veterans as they hit the road and face-off in a series of adventures and competitions. At the end of each mission, the cast members will nominate one male and one female cast member for possible elimination. Viewers can then log on to roadrules.mtv.com where they vote which of the two will enter the elimination round against a replacement cast member, also selected by fans on mtv.com from a roster of possible competitors. With the match up in place, the elimination round is then played out for fans to see only on mtv.com. "Road Rules" is Executive Produced by Jonathan Murray and Joey Carson. Jacquelyn French and Drew Tappon are Executives in Charge for MTV.
