- Ensequence-Powered Interactive TV Shopping and Fulfillment Service
Enables QVC UK to Enhance its t-commerce business, and rapidly update and
customize its interactive TV service

Ensequence, the world's leading provider of interactive TV authoring
software and services, and QVC, the UK's leading television retailer, have
entered a software licensing and services agreement to offer enhanced
interactive TV shopping services to QVC viewers. Under the terms of the
agreement, QVC will use Ensequence on-Q(R) software and professional services
to deliver the next generation of its QVC Active service on Sky Digital in
the United Kingdom, giving QVC customers a more timely and richer interactive
shopping experience and increasing conversion rates for QVC.

Ensequence software offers significant advantages to QVC, including the
ability to change the "shop window" of the service to suit the products
available. Product details can be quickly updated, modified and synchronized
to video content by the QVC interactive team on a daily or even hourly basis.
The new service delivers a video-rich and varied shopping experience for
consumers and makes it easy for them to complete purchases using their remote
control.

licensing Ensequence software and services, QVC adds a level of increased
flexibility to its QVC Active service. QVC's contract with Ensequence
includes licenses for the on-Q Create authoring suite, the on-Q Air playout
management suite, systems integration and professional services support.
