International Keystone Entertainment Inc.- Completion of arrangement with Keystone Pictures Inc.

VANCOUVER, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- International Keystone Entertainment Inc.

International Keystone Entertainment Inc. ("International Keystone") is pleased to announce that the arrangement with Keystone Pictures Inc. ("Keystone Pictures") as previously approved by the shareholders of International Keystone and the Supreme Court of British Columbia was completed today.

The arrangement was completed following the revocation earlier this month by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the authorite des marches financiers of cease trade orders previously issued against International Keystone.

The arrangement results in Keystone Pictures, a private company wholly-owned by Robert Vince (a director of International Keystone) and Michael Strange (a director and the President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of International Keystone), acquiring all of the issued and outstanding common shares in the capital of International Keystone.
