Reference Design Available Worldwide to All HD Radio Licensees
COLUMBIA, Md., May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- iBiquity Digital Corporation, the sole developer of digital HD Radio(TM) technology for AM and FM broadcasting, announced today that it has selected the ALPS TDGA2 tuner for its second generation HD Radio Reference Design (Version 2.0). The Version 2.0 Reference Design with ALPS TDGA2 tuner has been optimized for heightened AM/FM sensitivity and reduced bill-of-material costs. It is available immediately to licensed HD Radio manufacturers developing automotive, home A/V, and tabletop receivers.
