"It feels like each year gets better and better, with more stars from the worlds of film, TV, sports and music coming to honor kids and their fandom," said Marjorie Cohn, Executive Vice President, Development and Original Programming. "These kid favorites can't wait to shed their Hollywood image for a night of un-stuffy slime-filled fun. It's a real affirmation of kid power."

Music superstars/platinum selling recording artists Pink, Chris Brown and Bow Wow will rock the house with their hits. In her second Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice appearance since 2002, Pink will perform "Stupid Girls." First-time ever Nickelodeon's Kids Choice performer Brown will ignite the kid-crowd with a medley of his songs "Run It" and "Yo (Excuse Me Miss)." Bow Wow will perform "Fresh AzImIz."

Black, who'll helm the fun for the first time, aims to unleash secret plans and April Fools' pranks on the night kids rule and revel with Hollywood royalty -- and to set the stage for unique Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice traditions including the Wannabe Award. This year, Chris Rock will take the honor bestowed on a celebrity role model who kids most "want to be." Past recipients include Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, Will Smith and Janet Jackson and Queen Latifah.

True to tradition, too, the climactic Nickelodeon celebrity sliming will drench an astonished star with green goo, inciting shrieks of delight from the crowd. Past wearers of the green include Johnny Depp (2005), Mike Myers, Adam Sandler, Tom Cruise, Jim Carrey, Rosie O'Donnell, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and 2005 recipients Will Ferrell and Ben Stiller. Celebrities on hand will pump up the volume vying for the fifth annual Burp Award, following in the footsteps of previous best belchers Cameron Diaz, Jessica Alba, Justin Timberlake, Hugh Jackman and Steve Irwin.

Nickelodeon's Kids' Choice will add to the excitement by attempting to capture yet another world record with a breathtaking, never-before-attempted slime stunt featuring US Olympic Bronze Medal Moguls Skier Toby Dawson. Dawson will attempt a gravity defying freestyle ski stunt off a snowy slope plunging him into a vat of slime. Last year's skyward soaring human cannonball wowed the crowd by landing in a net that exploded into Nickelodeon's signature green slime.

In a unique star-studded pre-show telecast hosted by Nickelodeon's Pick Boy, TEENick's J. Boogie and JoJo (Aquamarine), the orange carpet arrivals will interlace with a "SpongeBob SquarePants" marathon (6-8 p.m. ET/PT). And a "SpongeBob" premiere will immediately precede the awards (7:30-8 pm. ET/PT). In the episode titled "Krusty Towers," when money-hungry Mr. Krabs turns the Krusty Krabs into the upscale hotel Krusty Towers where the customer is king, rudeness rules -- prompting Squidward to quit and come back with a plan to turn the tide.
