CDwalltile Signs Exclusive Agreement With European Distributor

GOLDEN, Colo., Feb. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- CDwalltile(TM), the leading manufacturer of decorative frames for CD jewel cases, announced today that it has signed an agreement with a company in Great Britain for the exclusive right to distribute the product in Europe beginning May 1.

The distributor, CDwalltile Europe(TM), will market and distribute the CDwalltile frames in 25 countries, including Great Britain and all members of the European Union. CDwalltile Europe agreed to maintain a specific level of sales over a number of years to maintain the exclusivity.

Financial terms and other contractual conditions were undisclosed.

CDwalltile Europe is owned and operated by Clive Wanstall and Philip Devereux, who established a highly successful, privately owned commercial property business called Rhinetech.

CDwalltile officially launched its marketing campaign for its innovative CDwalltile frames the beginning of this month.
