The Motor City Gospel Fest Offers Music Fans a Gospel 'Concert Explosion!' For Detroit's Big Game Weekend

Fans expected to 'Pack Out' Greater Grace Temple's 4,000-seat auditorium to hear some of the biggest names in gospel music

DETROIT, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- It's the biggest gospel event of the year on the biggest sports weekend of the year in Detroit. Music fans can kick off the Big Game weekend with the Motor City Gospel Fest featuring LIVE performances by some of the biggest names in gospel music. It all happens on February 3rd, 2006 at Greater Grace Temple in Detroit. Start time is 7:30 p.m.

Gospel music lovers are expected to pack-out Greater Grace's 4,000 seat cathedral to hear some of America's favorite gospel artists including Detroit's own Karen Clark-Sheard, Marvin Sapp, Rance Allen, and Ricky Dillard & New Generation. The program also includes rising gospel stars Kiki Sheard and gospel jazz guitarist Tim Bowman.

The gospel fest is sponsored by Greater Grace Temple, Pepsi-Cola, and Radio One's 105.9 KISS-FM Detroit. Tickets are only $20 General Admission for the event.
