China Digital Media Corporation Secures Additional $2 Million in New Contracts For its TV Advertising Affiliate

HONG KONG, Jan. 19 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Digital Media Corporation (''Digimedia'') (BULLETIN BOARD: CDGT) announced today that its affiliate company, Guangdong M-Rider Media Company Limited (''Guangdong M-Rider''), has secured an additional $2 million worth of contracts with its clients for TV advertisement.

These additional $2 million contracts increases the total confirmed contracts value to $4 million, representing that Guangdong M-Rider has completed over 60% of the committed amount of $6 million to be paid for the rights of managing the television commercials exclusively for a television channel in Guangdong Province.

''In a short period of time, we have already generated a significant amount of the contractual revenue that we need to pay for the rights of managing the television commercials,'' said Daniel Ng, Chairman and CEO of China Digital Media Corporation.
