Poker TV Network Announces Plan to Move to New Exchange

LAS VEGAS, Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Poker TV Network, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PKTV) announced today that they intend to explore their options to move from the pink sheets to either the OTC Bulletin Board or the AMEX. The move will help the company gain support from investment bankers and fund managers.

The company will announce their timeline after upcoming meetings with accountants and legal counsel.

PTN has also announced the addition of Bonnie Rattner, who will serve as the company's National Sales Director. Bonnie brings with her over 15 years of sales experience. She is best known in the poker industry for her years as sales manager for Card Player Magazine, where Ms. Rattner was instrumental in helping Card Player become an industry mainstay.
