Los Angeles Press Club Elects New Board of Directors for 2006

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Los Angeles Press Club, the Southern Californian based journalism organization representing 500 members from a wide variety of broadcast, print and online media have elected seven members to serve on its Board of Directors for 2006.

Each board member will serve a two year term.
They newly elected board members are as follows:
Jon Beaupre: Radio/TV Journalist and Prof. of Broadcast Journalism at
Cal. State Los Angeles.
Melissa Lalum: Managing Editor - The Los Angeles Daily News
Eric Longabardi: Producer / Investigative Journalist - TeleMedia News
Productions. Los Angeles
Diana Ljungaeus: International Journalist
Linda Renaud: News Editor - The Palisadian-Post
Christine Palma: Public Affairs Director and KXLU 88.9FM talk show host.
Chris Woodyard: Reporter - USA Today
