BroadRelay and Woodhaven Entertainment Sign Four-Year Distribution Deal

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadRelay, Inc. (http://www.broadrelay.com/), a Philadelphia-based technology, media and entertainment company, and a wholly-owned subsidiary of BroadRelay Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDRH), announced today that it has signed a four-year online video distribution deal with Woodhaven Entertainment, a division of Intermedia Video Products. The 60 Spanish-language movies covered by the agreement will be added to the Company's existing slate of online programming, currently offered under the "SIVOO(TM)" brand name (http://www.sivoo.com/).

BroadRelay currently has agreements with international content providers covering hundreds of movies in 17 languages. SIVOO's first offering, a Spanish-language pay-per-view movie channel, was re-launched earlier this month. An Asian movie channel is also expected to launch in the near future with hundreds of titles.
