WealthTV to Be Featured on Auroras' MPEG4 IPTV Service

WealthTV's Unique and Differentiated High Definition Programming Continues to Receive Strong Support From IPTV Service Providers

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- WealthTV today announced that it has entered into a digitization and transport agreement with MPEG4 AVC based IPTV service aggregator Auroras Entertainment, LLC. WealthTV, the premier lifestyle and entertainment channel available in high definition, will be featured in digital and high def on Auroras' IPTV service to be commercially launched by the second quarter of 2006. Auroras has agreements with 9 independent telephone companies to participate as launch partners. These initial installations will begin trailing the Auroras IPTV service as early as January, 2006. To date, WealthTV has concluded five agreements with IPTV aggregators and announced affiliation agreements with leading IPTV fiber delivered video service providers including Optical Entertainment Network and Verizon's FiOS TV services.
