Microsoft Corp. Manager Joins World's Leading Business-to-Business Digital Music
Service Provider to Help Expand Ubiquitous Platform Solution for Technical Partners
NEW YORK, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- MusicNet, the world's leading business- to-business digital music service provider, today announced that it has appointed David Kaill to the position of Director of Technical Business Development. Kaill, a former member of Microsoft Corp. with extensive experience in business development for digital media, broadcast and retail, will be responsible for expanding MusicNet's ubiquitous digital music platform solution among its current and future distribution partners. He will be based in the Company's Seattle office and report directly to Paul Greenberg, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Partner Relations for MusicNet.

Kaill joins MusicNet from Microsoft Corp., where he managed their worldwide content partnerships and development strategies in the music value chain, including relationships with retailers, artists, labels, publishers, and consumer electronics manufacturers. Prior to Microsoft Corp., Kaill was a producer from MSNBC Interactive, where he was responsible for the primary design and implementation of Microsoft/NBC's news and information joint venture, including scoping production resources, tools and processes for media creations and operations. Earlier in his career, he held positions within the publishing and adverting industries. Kaill holds a Bachelor of Communications with honors from the University of Washington in Seattle.
