Elephants Pack Their Trunks and Move Downtown!
Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey(R) Arrives in Chicago
WHO &
WHAT: Asia, Assan, Baby, Banana, Banko, Luna, Sarah, Siam, Toby and
Tonka, along with a magnificent menagerie of four-legged friends,
including horses, camels, zebras, llamas and goats, will march
0.7 miles from their silver circus train to Chicago's United
Center, where Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey continues its
month-long area engagement.
WHEN &
WHERE: Monday, November 14, 2005
11:00 a.m. - Animals unload from the circus train, near Leavitt
Street between Kinzie and Carroll, Chicago.
11:30 a.m. - Menagerie proceeds south on Leavitt to Carroll, east
on Carroll to Damen, and south on Damen to the United Center,
1901 W. Madison Street.
Elephants never forget, but sometimes they change their minds
about when and where they're going to walk. Media, please call

NOTE: Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey opens at Chicago's United
Center Tuesday, Nov. 15, and runs through Nov. 27.
