Creating Solutions, Systems Plus Computers, Inc. Partners with NimbleMusic to Offer Service to Load Music onto Apple iPods

LEBANON, N.H. and SOUTH ROYALTON, Vt., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- For the growing number of music lovers looking to convert their CD/LP collections to digital format and load it onto their iPod(R), there's good news. Systems Plus Computers, Inc. announced today that customers can now walk into Systems Plus Computers' retail location and have this done for them. The new service is part of a partnership with NimbleMusic(TM), New England's premier digital media services company that specializes in the conversion of music CDs and LPs to digital format and the loading of MP3 players.

The service will be available at Systems Plus Computers' retail location in Lebanon, NH. "Our customers want instant gratification when they purchase or are given an iPod," said Jake Blum, president of Systems Plus Computers. "Our partnership with NimbleMusic makes the process of converting and loading their CD/LP collections onto their iPods quick and easy. It's another example of our commitment to provide our customers with solutions not just products."

When customers order the CD conversion service, they receive a specially designed packing kit for their CDs and a pre-paid shipping label. Shipping is done through UPS and each CD is insured for $10. iPods are insured for their full replacement value. In a week's time, they get back their iPod loaded up with their CD collection, their new digital music library on DVD data discs or on an external hard drive, and their CDs are returned. For LP conversions, customers can simply drop them off at Systems Plus. Once their LPs are converted, they then can pick them up at Systems Plus along with their newly created digital music library on DVD data discs.

Service pricing is based on the number of CDs and LPs to be converted. The average cost is about $1.15 per CD and $10 per LP.
