BigCrowds/BeInAMovie.com Announces a Call for Extras for 'Rocky Balboa' in Las Vegas

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- BigCrowds/BeInAMovie.com is seeking extras to appear in the film "Rocky Balboa," the sixth installment of the successful "Rocky" franchise. Written by, directed by and starring Sylvester Stallone, the film is being co-produced and co-financed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Columbia Pictures and Revolution Studios and will be distributed by Columbia Pictures.

The extras will be part of the ringside audience for the film's climatic fight between Rocky and the reigning heavyweight champion Mason (The Line) Dixon, played by current light heavyweight champion Antonio Tarver. The scenes will be shot at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas on December 4 through December 8.

"Rocky Balboa" is the next story in the saga of Philadelphia boxer Rocky Balboa, one of Hollywood's most beloved characters. In the film, Rocky has long since retired but is drawn back to the boxing ring one last time. On the way he is challenged by a powerful new champion, by personal tragedy and ultimately by himself.
