AtomiZ Provides 100% of the Encoding and Distribution Technology of NRJ Mobile's Radio/TV Offer, First French 3G MVNO

PARIS, November 24/PRNewswire/ -- France's first MVNO entering the market with it's own platform
for adaptation and distribution of multimedia content, NRJ Mobile is
exclusively relying on AtomiZ, providing the end-to-end solution for radio
and TV mobile.

AtomiZ delivers and operates to NRJ Mobile, France's first 3G
MVNO, 100% of the technology to support encoding and distribution of its
radio and TV offer to its subscribers.

NRJ Mobile is exclusively connected to a Media K Factory(TM)
full service solution of AtomiZ, managing the encoding of Radio and TV
content with the full service end-to-end technical platform.

Fundamentally, the Media K Factory(TM) is an adaptation and
delivery platform mobile devices, digital television and the Internet. Both,
France Telecom's Orange brand and SFR already rely on dedicated platforms.

The exclusive 'Media K Factory(TM) Nearlive', enabling a
straight forward access to a whole playlist, is a true differentiator to NRJ
Mobile's offer compared to its competition, helping to build their target
mobile subscriber base with a unique radio and TV channel offer.

AtomiZ takes care of the distribution of public TV channels,
also NRJ group channels and the exclusive mobile channels made of 2 radio
stations and 2 TV channels. On top, as an exclusive technology launch, AtomiZ
assures the transport in 'full IP', live radio broadcasts captured in New
York called Z100, and in London called 95.8 Capital FM.
