Peak Entertainment Announces Pretty Pony Publishing Deals With Toontastic LTD & Color Media International

NEW YORK, Oct. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Peak Entertainment Holdings Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PKEH) , a fully integrated multimedia company dedicated to quality children's and family entertainment, character licensing and consumer products, announced agreements with Toontastic Ltd and Color Media Ltd to publish comics based upon Peak's Pretty Pony.

The agreement renews a long standing license with Toontastic where an average 250,000 Pretty Pony comics and specials will be marketed in the UK annually, and a new deal with Color Media International who have agreed to a license with Peak and will partner with Toontastic to service Serbia and Montenegro with a localized version of the Pretty Pony comic format.
