St. Clair Entertainment Enhances Leadership

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Independent music and film leader St. Clair Entertainment announces significant additions to its board of directors and management team.

Industry leaders David Schlang and Robert B. (Bob) Jamieson join the board of directors of St. Clair. Schlang, former chairman of the National Association of Recording Merchandisers, was founder of One Way Records and a senior executive of Alliance Entertainment. "St. Clair is a creative and aggressive force in the value priced area and I hope my experience with retailers will be valuable to them in capturing opportunities in the evolving market," says Schlang.

Jamieson is a well-known leader in the entertainment industry with more than 30 years of experience and exceptional knowledge of domestic and international markets. Jamieson held domestic and international senior roles with CBS Records (now Sony Records), PolyGram, BMG and RCA Music Group. He was most recently chairman and chief executive officer of BMG North America. "St. Clair's creative marketing and distribution is attractive to many library owners who seek to maximize their returns. St. Clair's chairman of the board, John Pouschine of Pouschine Cook Capital Management, announces on behalf of the board the selection of Ron D. Ford as President and CEO. Ford was formerly CEO of publicly traded Media Arts Group and was president of OneCoast Network, both major suppliers of consumer products. "Ron brings a deep and rich understanding of consumers and has successfully led rapid growth through focused sales and marketing," says Pouschine. "We're delighted to have found him to lead our team."

In addition to Ford, St. Clair further adds Steven Giordano as VP of Sales and Marketing. "Steve has proven success in bringing products to market that customers want," says Ford. "He delivers." Giordano was previously VP of Sales for Media Arts Group and Applause/Dakin.
