In the news release, Critically Acclaimed Special 'Inside 9/11' Sets Ratings Records Across Every Metric for National Geographic Channel, issued earlier today by National Geographic Channel over PR Newswire, we are advised by the company that the subhead should read "Mini-Series Viewed by Almost 18 Million People over Two Nights" rather than "Part One Viewed by More Than 6 million People" as originally issued inadvertently.
Also we are advised that the first sentence should read: National Geographic Channel (NGC) set the latest in a string of ratings records for the young network with the mini-series "Inside 9/11," which premiered over two nights Sunday and Monday, Aug. 21 & 22 and was seen by 17.9 million people.
The first paragraph should also now include: NGC, which is not yet five years old, currently reaches 55 million homes, with 24% tuning in to Inside 9/11 over the two nights.
Also, the following bullet points have been added under the heading: Ratings highlights for the August 22 premiere of Part Two: "Zero Hour" include:
-- 6.4 million persons 2+ tuned in, including more than 4 million P25-54.
-- Nearly 3 million persons 2+ on average watched Inside 9/11 from 9-11 p.m. ET on Monday night.
