MTV Networks UK & Ireland Takes Interactive TV Authoring and Playout In-house with Ensequence Technology and Services
LONDON, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Ensequence(TM), the leading provider of interactive TV (iTV) authoring software and services, today announced that it struck a three-year partnership deal with MTV Networks UK & Ireland covering iTV authoring, playout and support services.
With the adoption of Ensequence on-Q(TM) interactive TV development software, MTV will be taking the production of interactive applications, and their playout, in-house. Previously, authoring and playout had been outsourced.

MTV has already launched one application authored in on-Q software: an enhanced music video for the band Gorillaz. The youth brand will shortly be re-launching its multi-channel interactive portal application with a new version authored in on-Q software.
