Expo TV Announces Content Agreements with Charter and Mediacom
New Affiliates to Extend Distribution of Expo Content Into Three of the Top 10 MSOs
NEW YORK, July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Expo Communications has added two major distribution partners for Expo TV, television's first interactive video marketplace dedicated to consumer information, that will extend its reach to three of the top 10 cable MSOs. The agreements with Charter Communications and Mediacom Communications, which follow previously announced launches on Bresnan Communications and Insight Communications, were announced today by Expo TV CEO Daphne Kwon.
Expo's on-demand video marketplace will be delivered to substantially all of Charter and Mediacom's video-on-demand-enabled homes by August 1, 2005. Expo's multiple platforms include a linear service to be launched later this year, and an active online community website, http://www.expotv.com/.
