TriMedia Announces Resignation of Daniel J. B. Taylor and Shawn Taylor
PHILADELPHIA, June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- TriMedia Entertainment Group, Inc. ("TriMedia") (BULLETIN BOARD: TMEG) has reported in an amended Form 8K dated June 17, 2005 that Daniel J. B. Taylor, President, and Shawn Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, have both resigned in their respective capacities as of June 14, 2005.
Daniel Taylor and Shawn Taylor both resigned because TriMedia determined not to continue to pursue certain ventures for which their services would have been required. Prior to their resignations, Daniel Taylor was the President and Shawn Taylor the Chief Financial Officer of TriMedia. Following their resignations, Christopher Schwartz, our Chief Executive Officer, was appointed to the positions of President and Chief Financial Officer.
