GRAPEVINE, Texas, Jan. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lauraan Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: LRCJ) ("Lauraan"), a provider of home entertainment and automation products for the new home market, announced today it is nearing completion of a stock purchase agreement with a private investor which would allow LRCJ to continue to implement its aggressive acquisition program. In addition, the Company stated that they have had numerous inquiries about potential acquisitions that would add to the backlog of companies that fit the profile for acquisition by Lauraan.
