BOZEMAN, Mont., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- RightNow(R) Technologies (NASDAQ:RNOW), a leading provider of on demand CRM software solutions, today announced Pactolus, a leading provider of IP voice software solutions, has selected RightNow CRM(TM) to accelerate and support the Company's next stage of business growth.
Pactolus selected RightNow CRM as its strategic customer relationship management platform because of its outstanding functionality and on demand delivery model -- which enables Pactolus to implement a full-function, enterprise-class CRM environment without having to acquire, install and maintain costly additional internal IT infrastructure. Pactolus' last three years of success and satisfaction with RightNow Service(TM) were also a major factor in the company's decision.
