Dennehy Named General Manager of Horseshoe Bossier City, Louisiana Downs

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harrah's Operating Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) has named Patrick Dennehy Senior Vice President and General Manager of Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel & Casino and the nearby Harrah's Louisiana Downs thoroughbred racetrack and casino, subject to the receipt of any required regulatory approval.

Dennehy is currently senior vice president and general manager of Harrah's Cherokee Casino Hotel, where he has been committed to the promotion of Native Americans into key leadership positions at the property. He will begin transitioning to his new role immediately upon the receipt of any required regulatory approvals.
