Cavalier Announces Acquisition of City Signal Communications
RICHMOND, Va., Jan 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Cavalier Telephone, a leading telecommunications provider of integrated local, long-distance, Internet and data services in the Mid-Atlantic region, announced today it has completed the acquisition of City Signal Communications. The combined entity will operate as Cavalier Telephone.
City Signal Communications specializes in providing metro dark fiber solutions for both enterprise and service provider customers. This provides our customers the ability to utilize cost effective broadband applications in unique ways. City Signal also has a strong background in developing large fiber projects and construction builds that help interconnect divergent enterprise networks and service provider networks.
City Signal's robust metro fiber optic network is located in key Mid- Atlantic and Mid-West markets, this coupled with Cavalier's market leading services will provide existing and potential Cavalier customers enhanced bandwidth and unique capabilities.
