C I Host's Faulkner Discusses 2005 Technology Trends

What: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi technology will reign next year, and from
"invisible" batteries to Wi-Fi cars, 2005 will have much in
store for technology buffs. Experts predict we will see more
features in our mobile electronic devices -- catering more
towards the average consumer's versatile taste. Mobile devices
will be smaller, faster and less expensive in the coming year.
Other advancements include longer lasting batteries, DVDs that
will hold four to five times more capacity, XM satellite radio
as factory-installed option in vehicles and more.

Computer viruses and phishing schemes are predicted to become
even more persistent and malicious, however. Experts fear they
will begin targeting bluetooth-enabled devices as bluetooth's
popularity grows.

Who: Industry expert Christopher Faulkner is prepared to discuss new
technology advancements and what will be "hot" next year. He
can share insight on what consumers should be aware of
regarding Internet security in the upcoming year and how to be
prepared.

Faulkner is CEO and founder of C I Host, the largest privately
held Web hosting firm, serving 215,000 clients in
190 countries.

Where: C I Host is centrally located and accessible to both coasts via
the DFW Airport, just a few miles away. Faulkner is available
for in-studio interviews given advance notice.

When: December 27, 2004
C I Host is on Central time, but Faulkner is prepared to work
around the schedules of media producers, assignments editors
and writers.
