Dreyfuss-Tuchman Brings 25 Years of Media Industry Experience to Vice President Role
DENVER, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- In a strategic move to further speed the Company's growth, AdPay today announced the hiring of Deb Dreyfuss-Tuchman as Vice President of Sales. Dreyfuss-Tuchman brings 25 years of media industry experience to her new role -- a solid foundation for extending AdPay's leadership position in delivering person-to-person and business-to-consumer online marketplaces for newspapers with its Click and Buy Classifieds(TM) product.
Prior to joining AdPay, Ms. Dreyfuss-Tuchman held the positions of Vice President Business Development and subsequently Media Sales at Travidia, the leading print-to-Internet vendor. Her background also includes five years at Thomson media companies, including Vice President of Business Development for Thomson Interactive Media, where she helped forge business relationships adding value to their Classified products. Dreyfuss-Tuchman's twelve years at The Chicago Tribune and five at Tribune Media Services implanted a solid foundation of familiarity with newspaper operations and syndicate sales, which are major assets in this role.
"I am eager to help newspapers recapture their Classifieds from Ebay, Craig's List and other online competitors encroaching on newspapers' classified business," stated Dreyfuss-Tuchman. "Newspapers recognize the opportunity to extend the value they deliver to advertisers and individual buyers/sellers to the online medium through a transaction-enabled classified marketplace and AdPay is the only provider with a proven solution on the market."
AdPay's tools for e-commerce integration, including their patent-pending online negotiation solution that is preferred by advertisers over auctions, are the industry standard for connecting with consumers online. "Deb's background is a perfect fit with our organization. We are very excited to have her on board to help us move even more aggressively to serve this market," stated AdPay's President and CEO, Mike Heene.
